You are right, and I totally agree with you. A person at the 5th level can guide people who need it.

What I talk in this article is about those Kundalini mentors/parlors/retreats who don't know it 100%. In Kundalini practices, either you know it or do not know it. Borrowed concepts or half-knowledge don't work when it comes to the practical aspects of raising/activating Kundalini. According to me, one who teaches or preaches Kundalini must know it 100% through experience. That is why I don't talk about it (except in this article) because I don't know it 100%. Also, I am no master.
