Wow! These are some simple tips, Darshak. Although I don't eat junk regularly. But I love them. 🤤🤤 Burger, pizza, fries!!!
But in a small village in Himachal, you don't get anything of this sorts. So I am eating local cuisines. Additionally doing yoga, and going on walks on hilly terrain daily help me to regain my vitality. Being a fully vegetarian, sometimes my bones hurt due to B12 deficiency that I take externally sometimes.
