My writing mentor says, "Once you start to get hate comments, think that you have reached somewhere."

Still it is sad to hear from the person whom you once looked upon. She must be really broken to do what she is unknwonigly doing. She is seeing the world through the lens of jealousy, hatred and comparison. Let her go. I am sure you must have.
