I think I have found culprit for my dry eyes and working on eliminating the causative factors.

ACs - They dry my eyes a lot. I've shifted from city to countryside. So no ACs.

Screen time - As I am now in countryside, I spend my evenings walking around the hill and not in front of screen. This has reduced my screen time approx 3 hours everyday and has significant impact on my eyes.

My laptop is always on night light setting. It blocks the blue light that affects the eyes.My spectacles are made such that they block blue light of screens. I think without both (laptop setting and my specs), my condition would hav been much worse.

I sit outside in my balcony to work. The nature around it pulls me and I take regular breaks and watch till far in between whenever I work on screen.

Lubricants are not of much help. They are just for the time being. I don't do wet towels as it is time consuming and heat dissipates in few minutes.

My friend gifted me an eye massager. It is Renpho Massager available on Amazon. I use that regularly and it has helped me a lot as well.

I'd suggest you to find your causative factors. Do you spend much time on screen? How many times do you take breaks? Are you using wet towel treatment (it was helping me alot before I got the massager. So you can consider doing it.)

Best wishes. Hope my answer helps you.
